Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Atlasium and the visa assistance services we provide. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

Creating an application, purchasing a package, or otherwise using Atlasium constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Scope of services

Atlasium provides visa assistance and travel documentation support for Schengen and United Kingdom tourist and business visas. This includes document review, hotel reservation assistance, travel insurance guidance, cover letter preparation, appointment guidance and concierge support.

Eligibility to use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and provide accurate information about yourself or the traveller you represent.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you provide, for meeting the requirements of the relevant authority, and for attending any appointments scheduled.

Accuracy of information provided

Visa applications rely on accurate information. Misleading or false information may result in refusal by the authority and is the sole responsibility of the applicant.

Passport and document upload obligations

You confirm that any documents you upload are genuine, lawfully obtained and may be processed by Atlasium for the purpose of assisting your application.

Pricing and payments

Prices for our packages are clearly displayed before checkout. Payment is required to start the service. Embassy, consulate and VFS/TLS/BLS service fees are paid directly to the relevant authority and are not included.

Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds depend on the stage of work performed at the time of cancellation. Where a meaningful part of the service has not yet been delivered, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion. Detailed conditions are explained when you contact our support team.

Service limitations

Atlasium offers preparation, guidance and support. We do not control embassy timelines, appointment availability, document acceptance or any decision made by an authority.

No visa approval guarantee

We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant consulate or immigration authority and are based on their own criteria.

No government affiliation

Atlasium is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with embassies, consulates, VFS, TLS, BLS or any government authority.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, text and software on the Atlasium platform are owned by Atlasium or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlasium is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for losses arising from authority decisions, missed flights, denied entry, or events outside our reasonable control.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Atlasium against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide, misuse of the service, or breach of these terms.

Service modifications

We may update or change parts of the service to improve quality, comply with regulation or maintain security. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.

Governing law / jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atlasium is established. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
